Spider-Man is an icon. He is one of the most popular superheroes in the history of Marvel comics and all superheroes in general. Steve Ditko and Stan Lee had created this outstanding character and introduced it to the world in a comic-book that went by the name of “Amazing Fantasy #15”, it was released in August of 1962, and you can find new comic-books starring Spider-Man even today. Over the years, there were several animated tv-shows such as the exceptional “Spider-Man: The Animated Series (1994–1998)”, which many still consider being the best adaptation of our web-swinging hero.

Ever since the movies starring Spider-Man started to come out, the web-swinging hero became even more popular. As of now, Spidey had eight films (one of them was an animation, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse) produced around his character. While most superheroes need to go back on the shelf every once in a while, the audience never gets enough of Spider-Man.
